Refund Policy
Before work starts:
Clients are eligible for a full refund if they decide to cancel.
After work is completed:
- For website design projects, a 15% workmanship fee is deducted if the client cancels after completion.
- For smaller services (e.g., brochure design), a 10% workmanship fee applies after completion.
How to request a refund:
