At Louis Designs, every project is built around creativity and collaboration. You’ll always get two free revisions, so we can fine-tune your design until it feels just right. My work is focused on digital design, but if you’d like your project printed, I can assist by arranging printing through trusted partners — at an additional cost. With clear communication and attention to detail, I make sure your vision shines with brilliance, from the first draft to the final design.
Designing Your Dream in Three Simple Steps
Kick things off by clicking the Book a design button at the top of our page. This takes you to a simple form where you can submit your design request. No upfront payment is required—just share your vision and details with us, for portfolio information head to our media platforms from the support tab or check the names by services tab. if you want, more can be sent through email after booking.
Start Project
Once we understand your request, we get to work. When done, You’ll first receive a low-quality preview with watermark for approval (BEFORE PAYMENT), If your happy with it Then high-quality files is sent (AFTER PAYMENT), for websites only screen shoots of pages are sent to your email that includes my LD watermark logo and you get only 2 corrections after payment for any required change. for PAYMENT INFO go to support tab for details and send receipt to email.

Louis Design Refund Policy
Before work starts: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they decide to cancel.
After work is completed:
For website design projects, a 15% workmanship fee is deducted if the client cancels after completion.
For smaller services (e.g., brochure design), a 10% workmanship fee applies after completion.
How to request a refund: Send an email to spldesignsbylouis@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed promptly upon confirmation.
